Learning outcomes
Knowledge: as a result of the classes, the student: knows and understands basic sociological concepts, has elementary knowledge about social communities and the phenomena and processes occurring in them, has elementary knowledge about various types of social structures and institutions of social life and about the relationships between them
Skills: as a result of the course, the student: can use sociological imagination, can use basic theoretical approaches, research approaches and concepts specific to sociology in the description and analysis of social problems, can apply the sociological perspective to understand various forms of social life and behavior of individuals, can observe social phenomena and interpret them in a broader context of social relations
Social competences: as a result of the course, the student: is aware of the complexity of social phenomena, is prepared to assess them, understands the need to constantly supplement and expand knowledge and improve skills.
