Knowledge:
After completing the course, the student:
- knows the vocabulary and lexical phrases necessary for A2 level communication, allowing to understand
simple statements on basic topics
- has knowledge about grammatical structures in the A2 level
- has general knowledge about the German-speaking countries
Skills:
After completing the course, the student:
- knows how to use bilingual dictionaries correctly
- can react with understanding to simple questions or requests, ask questions
- can write simple written statements, e.g. a short letter or e-mail
- can guess the sense of information given in such texts as menu, timetable, advertisements, adverts, posters, catalogs
- can handle language in familiar situations in everyday life in a German-speaking country, e.g. in a restaurant, in a store
