1. techniques used in negotiations, communication, giving presentations, analysis and interpretation of texts (k_W03/P6S_WG)
2. principles of organization and functioning of institutions related to tourism k_W07/P6S_WK)
3. methods of diagnosing the needs of recipients of promotional and advertising activities in tourism and assessing the quality of services, taking into account psychological, sociological and marketing aspects (k_W09/P6S_WK)

Student is able to:
4. independently plan, organize and implement typical tourism-related projects (k_U06/P6S_UW)
5. communicate coherently and precisely, both orally and in writing (in Polish and English), on selected issues related to tourism services, using the achievements of both philological sciences and other disciplines (k_U11/P6S_UK)

railway route design (effect 1,2,3,4,5)
analysis of tourist writing (effect 1,2,5,6)
writing an article (effect 1.5)
tourist photo review (effect 1,3,5)
conversation with a traveler (effect 1,2,6)
