Course objectives
The aim of the course is to develop students' communication skills in the area of business English. Students are expected to learn new vocabulary, phrases and idiomatic expressions used in this particular area of the English language, with special emphasis on the clarity and effeciveness of daily communication, considering general aspects of business environment.

Assessment criteria
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes
1. Active participation in classes - 40% of the final grade (outcomes 1,2,3,4,5)
2. Vocabulary tests - 30 % of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4)
3. Individual and group comprehension tests - 30% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
Pass at 60 % of the final grade
