Students:
1. know the significance of every aspect of change management and know the main steps, methods and tools of change management (m-W-1/P6S_WG)
2. understand the position and importance of the English language and philological studies in the fields of business and economy (k_W01/P6S_WG)
Skills
Students can:
3. analyze case studies utilizing various sources and methods and can draw valid conclusions. which leads to managing small change in big companies (m-U-1/P6S_UW; k_U04/P6S_UW)
4. discuss change management issues in English language at C1 level with relative fluency, accuracy and communication efficiency (m-U-4/P6S_UK; k_U06/P6S_UK)
Social competences
Students are ready to
5. assume a professional role of change manager or leader, complying with the rules of professional ethics (m-K-4/P6S_KR)
Assessment criteria
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
1. A case study to solve - 55% of the final grade (outcome 1,3,4)
2. Active class participation - 45%of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
pass at 60% of the final grade
