Experiencing Multicultural Europe in Cinema 12.01.T.EMEC

(in Polish) Overview: This course provides a comprehensive exploration of multicultural themes in European cinema, offering a deep dive into the historical context, evolution, and contemporary manifestations of multiculturalism in film. The syllabus is organized into six modules, each focusing on specific aspects of the intersection between cinema and multiculturalism in the European context. This course encourages critical thinking and analysis, providing students with the tools to understand the complex relationship between cinema, multiculturalism, and European societies. Through a combination of lectures, screenings, and discussions, students will gain a nuanced perspective on the diverse narratives and voices present in European cinema.
