as a result of the conducted classes, the student is able to:
• classify and analyze key areas of work and organizational psychology;
• to consciously formulate the goals of interventions concerning workplaces and the entire organization system in relation to the analyzed realities.
Skills
as a result of the conducted classes, the student is able to:
• identify factors influencing job fit;
• indicate solutions to improve the quality of the work environment as well as the health and professional functioning of employees.
Social competence
as a result of the conducted classes, the student is able to:
• carry out a team project, on time and with commitment;
• is convinced of the necessity and importance of behaving in a professional manner and observing the principles of professional ethics; perceives and formulates moral problems and ethical dilemmas related to his own and someone else's work.
