The course gives the students comprehensive coverage of multinational finance topics, like:
-The international monetary system, based on USD, Euro, Jap. Yen, RMB and persectives of cryptocurrencies
Foreign exchange and Eurocurrency, the nature of foreign exchange risk
The theory oft he multinational corporation, incl. International capital budgeting
- Strategies of MNC and international taxation
- MNC’s capital structure and cost of capital
- Multinational treasury and corporate governance
- Measuring and managing exposure to currency risk and other
- Hedging of currency and interest rate risk by derivatives
-Internal finance/ pricing and taxation of multinational corporates
Lectures and case studies are designed to study and to understand the role, the function and the tools of international financial management of corporates and interculture infrastructure projects.
Measurement and allocation the range of risks in the multinational corporate business on the one side and international project finance on the other side needs the international diversification by portfolio approach for production-locations, trade and investment-decision and the structure of financial resources/-instruments.
