Physical Education- Dance Fitness 8-WF-DF
The training combines elements of dance and fitness. It evenly loads all the muscles of the body. Training improves mobility, coordination and helps strengthen joints. The high intensity of exercise also improves endurance and fitness. An additional effect of the classes is better well-being.

Learning outcomes
- Physical impact - increasing cardiorespiratory efficiency;
- stimulation of the immune system;
- mental impact - stress reduction, improved well-being, - - awareness of the need to exercise; social impact,
- ability to integrate in a group,
- emotional impact - assertiveness, kinesthetic impact - feeling your own body.
Assessment criteria
– the student is able to describe the basic steps used in fitness and match them to the appropriate musical rhythm.
- Observing the student while performing choreographic routines; -
– the student presents the routine he has prepared and performs it with the other class participants.
– 100% attendance at classes is required to pass; any absence must be made up in other classes with the teacher to whom the student is registered; the exception is absence due to illness, which does not have to be made up if it is justified by sick leave.
