The fitness classes include learning and improvement: basic aerobic steps; choreography and dance; elements of gymnastics and acrobatics; stretching; yoga; jazz gymnastics; modern dance; strengthening exercises and stretching the body; exercises with the help of instruments and utensils, with współćwiczącym; relaxation; breathing exercises.

Physical interaction - increasing the efficiency of circulatory and respiratory;

Assessment criteria
- The student is able to describe the basic steps used in fitness and match them to the correct rhythm of music.
- Observing the student during choreography; -
- Prepared by the student presents himself system and executes it with the other participants in the course.
- To obtain credit require 100% attendance; each possible absence must be made up for in other classes in conducting, to which the student is stored; the exception of sick leave, which does not need to make up if it is justified sick leave.
