1 Introduction to Health and Safety rules and principles of yoga.

3 Introduction gradually becoming more advanced asanas (cl. Yoga) stretching, corrective, strengthening bowing, signing ourselves twists, bends in seated positions, lying, standing and inverted).
4 Learning breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation-different techniques.
5 Deepening the effectiveness of exercise by constantly improving the precision performance of position-asanas and explore further instructions leading to it.
6 Discovering the positive impact of meditation on mood and energy.

Knowledge: the student learns the basic concepts relating to relaxation techniques and meditation.
Skills: Student is able to correctly perform basic positions / asanas / and exercises used in yoga.
Social competence: Students can work in a team, has a responsibility for współćwiczących performing tasks in accordance with the principles of health and safety.
Assessment criteria
Assessment: credit.
Criteria for Assessment: Active participation in 90% of classes.
Taking classes during the first semester determines and announces the detailed terms and conditions of credit (excuse the manner and date of absence, amount, date and manner of doing absence).
