Physical education - Bodybuilding 8-WF-K
The aim of the course is to familiarize yourself with the forms and methods of training, and overall physical strength or forms of physical activity carried out in the gym. Acquainted with the principles of good nutrition and health and wellness. Promoting the sport of strength in the form of bodybuilding, raising the overall efficiency of the body (formation strength and strength endurance, muscle sculpture, and flexibility).
