1. The concept of jurisprudence. The specificity of the modern scientistic approach to the law as an object of scientific reflection.
2. Basic understanding of types of law: imperatywizm and realism.
3. Methods of study of law - dispute naturalism vs. anti-naturalism.
4. Some specific concepts of law: jusnaturalizm, positivism, functionalism, sociologism and psychologism.
5. Introduction to the positivist conception of law. Legal norm- properties and concepts of construction.
6. Legal rules - characteristics and classifications.
7. The legal relationship. The subject, object, content and types.
8. Sources of law and their hierarchy in the system of Polish law. Ways of creating law.
9. The validity of the law in time and space.
10. The process of interpretation of the law-interpretation of the rules and the rules of inference.
11. Work with the normative material. Compliance and enforcement.
12. The rule of law. The concept and principles of liability.
13. The main legal cultures.
14. The concept of justice. Post-modern look to the right
B. The issue of exercise
1. Introduction to the subject, basic concepts and definitions.
2. Law and other normative systems. Law as a linguistic phenomenon.
3. Legal language.
4. Legal act, the construction of legal acts, the validity and the manner of publication.
5. Solving and analysis of tasks related to the construction of rule of law provision and types of provisions.
6. Solving and analysis tasks from the scope of the law in time and space
7. Solving and analysis tasks in the field of interpretation, of the rules of conflict of laws and rules of inference

Knowledge - student:
Knows the basic legal concepts, construction, hierarchy and decoding standards, the rules of the law, the construction of a normative act, the rules promulgation of normative acts
Understands the impact of standards on the functioning of society, public authorities and institutions, knows the different types of interpretation
Skills - Student:
performs interpretations of the laws, knows how to apply the reasoning in law and rules of conflict
Make decisions and justify their positions using m. In. rules of legal argumentation
He sees the relationship between phenomena, legal and other cultural and social phenomena
Social competence (attitudes) Student:
Is aware of their knowledge and skills, understands the need for continuous training and professional development, sets the directions for their development and education
