The aim is
- Familiarize students with basic knowledge of communication and negotiation techniques, the art of negotiation,
- An indication of the students on the importance of interpersonal relationships in the legal profession, communicative competence in the field of law,
- Provide students with selected creative ways to resolve conflicts, and how to recognize and defend against psychomanipulacjami in negotiations,
- To show students the role of negotiations in the Polish legal system and to present its qualities as a factor in building the social order in Poland

- The student will have basic knowledge of communication and negotiation techniques, art of negotiation,

- The student will have the ability to apply the techniques of effective communication and negotiation techniques using all communication channels in the negotiations,
- The student will show the ability of creative conflict resolution and the ability to recognize and defend against psychomanipulacjami in negotiations and mediations,
- Student will be able to apply negotiation and mediation in various situations of socio - legal in various areas of everyday life,
