Jogging KZ-O-SW-00-000009
The classes are aimed at popularizing this form of physical activity among students of the University of Opole.
The aim of the program is to learn about:
- various forms of running training,
- assessment of your abilities,
- walking and running paths in the city of Opole.
Encourage people to practice jogging in their spare time.
The classes are intended for people who like this type of sport, people who want to deepen their knowledge about running and those who have not had the opportunity to participate in such classes so far, and would like to test themselves in a new sport discipline.
