Course content
During the course the following aspects will be discussed and trained:
1. how to manage personal life principles
2. how to handle stress
3. how to become principle-centered - writing a personal mission statement
4. how to communicate in a more empathic way
5. how to plan everyday duties and activities effectively

1. active participation during classes: 1, 2, 3.
2. two challenges: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Criteria of evaluation
1. two challenges – 70%
2. active participation in class (continuous assessment) – 30%
To get a credit students need to be active during lessons and pass all the challenges.
