Padagogy of work with vocational advising (2-KRK-PEPPDZ-D2)

graduates can apply for admission to doctoral studies and other postgraduate courses.

- the graduate is qualified to work educationally with adolescents and adults - the graduate is qualified to work professionally in in-service training centers, vocational guidance, schools, large enterprises (human resources, quality control, supervision and management, labor hygines), as well as positions where knowledge of psychological and educational conditions of labor process and personality shaping is required. The graduate is expected to possess skills in: - organizing and managing training groups - managing systems of quality control, labor hygiene, and acquisition of human resources - assisting individuals in vocational guidance - organizing and managing the process of social and vocational adaptation - diagnosing and predicting pathological situations, employees' needs and expectations, their level of satisfaction and identification with an organization - leisure time managment and creating groups that are alternatives to employees' countercultures.
