- Factors and mechanisms leading to youth health and well-being (e.g., hygienic lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity)

- Experiences of individual stress (e.g., school stress, home stress) and group stress (e.g., natural disasters, unemployment)

- The Role of coping strategies in creating resilience to external stressful situations such as violence and war.

- Psychosocial consequences of traumatic stress (PTSD);

- The Role of social support in Dealing with Adversity

- Anxiety, depression, loneliness, and post-traumatic growth (PTG) as consequences of life events.

Scientific experience of the promoter:

-I have over 20 years of experience in mental health research

- Author of about 100 scientific publications, including monographs and articles in reputable psychological journals

- Extensive cooperation with scientists from various domestic and foreign centers, including the USA, Great Britain, and Portugal.

- Managing international projects, including EU "Horizon 2020" "Homelessness as an unfairness."

Self-image and psychological needs in research on personality and the hierarchy of values in adults

Scientific experience of the promoter:

Barbara Mróz, professor at the University of Opole in Psychology. She lectures at the Institute of Psychology, UO, delivers lectures and seminars on psychology of personality, management, quantitative and qualitative psychological research. She has prepared several projects regarding personality psychology, including a personality study of outstanding Polish actors, a study of personality of managers, and papers on axiological issues concerning personally and professionally successful people. Prof. Barbara Mróz is the author of over 150 scientific publications (Impact Factor) and seven scientific books on psychology, among others: Personality of outstanding Polish actors. A study of generations differences (2008); A sense of life quality among senior managers. Personality and axiological determinants (2011); Functioning in the Workplace. Quantitative and Qualitative Psychological Research (ed.) (2012); 20 years later. A longitudinal study in the Personalities of outstanding Polish actors (2015) - Scientific Publishing House SCHOLAR, Warsaw.
