graduates can apply for admission to doctoral studies and other postgraduate courses.
Professional status:
Graduates have established knowledge in the field of chemistry, based on mathematics and natural sciences, extended by the ability to characterise properties of active ingredients and excipients used in modern cosmetics.
They know principles of use of instrumental methods in analytical laboratories and can apply them for specific analytical determinations as well as for structural research. They can discuss chemical issues with both experts and non-experts, and take an active part in teamwork.
Graduates of this specialisation are prepared to work in chemical laboratories, in analytical laboratories operating for cosmetic companies, in pharmaceutical companies, etc.
They know principles of lifelong learning and are prepared to take up the third cycle studies.
