Graduates can apply for admission to doctoral studies and other postgraduate courses.
Professional status:
The graduate is expected to have obtained interdisciplinary competence in linguistics, applied linguistics, literary studies, language history and culture. The said competence enables the graduate to use the knowledge of the language in various fields of science and social life.
Our graduates acquire a range of skills and abilities that enable them to find jobs as company representatives, literary translators, assistants to managing directors in privately owned businesses and public administration, editors in publishing houses, civil servants in public administration, especially in the departments that foster international relations and promote culture. In addition, our graduates are welcome to academic institutions, universities and service sector business which require a good command of Russian, Czech, Serb an Ukrainian.
