2. the student knows methods of analysis and interpretation of texts and culture products about multiculturalism in Canada and the US (k_W04 P6S_WG)

3. the student can recognize texts about multiculturalism and other creations of culture about the multiculturalist problems and carry out their critical analysis and interpretation for an assessment of their relevance and impact in the historical and cultural process. (k_U02 P6S_UW)
4. the student takes part in a debate -using English at C1 level - presents and evaluates different opinions and positions and discusses them in reference to the cultural input of the multiculturalist issues (k_U05/P6S_UK; k_U09/P6S_UU)

Kryteria oceniania
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
1. Active participation in classes - 40% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
2. Video presentation/online presentation/in class presentation on a specific topic - 30% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6)
3. Other, advanced forms possible (e.g. recording a video clip based on academic material) in the case of willingness to achieve a higher grade - 30% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6)
pass at 60% of the final grade
