Course objectives
The course objective is to enhance the student’s understanding of the many complex dimensions of stress along with proposing different strategies in overcoming stress encountered in the course of everyday life. Additionally students will improve their speaking, listening as well as reading comprehension skills in English.

ICT tools, MSTeams platform, working in pairs and groups, projects and exercises that require creative and critical thinking, input in textual, visual as well as auditory form.

Knowledge
1. The student knows and understands how to analyse and interpret texts and culture products in reference to stress management (P6S_WG).
2. The student has preliminary knowledge on stress in the area of psychology. (P6S_WG)

The student can:
3. use their knowledge related to stress managment and perform tasks in not fully predictable conditions (P6S_UW).
4. think creatively and critically (P6S_UU).
5. communicate in pairs and groups (P6S_UO).
Social competences
6. The student is ready to critically assess their knowledge in the humanities and recognize the importance of language skills in solving cognitive practical problems (P6S_KK).

Forms of evaluation of the learning outcomes:
Preparing and giving a presentation (60%) - (learning outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6)
Active participation (40%) (1,2,3,4,5,6)
