Course objectives
- how to teach various skills to teenage learners
- how to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation to teenage learners
- how to assess teenage learners
- how to correct errors of teenage learners
- how to work with a coursebook and other materials - secondary school level
- how to teach learners with disabilities - secondary school level

Course content
1. Teaching various EFL skills to teenage learners (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
2. Teaching EFL sub-systems to teenage learners(grammar, pronunciation).
3. Principles of testing, guidelines for preparing tests, testing techniques oral and written assessment and testing of teenage learners.
4. Error correction, L1 vs L2 in the classroom of teenage learners;
5. Multimedia in EFL classroom of teenage learners
6. Coursebook evaluation; adapting authentic materials to teaching secondary school learners,
7. Elements of teaching learners with specific learning difficulties at the secondary school level.
8. Classroom management at the secondary school level.

4. plan classroom activities that develop of learners' interests in language; use suitable management techniques; analyse material distribution at the secondary school level (N_U04/P7S_UW; M_N_D1.U02; M_N_D1.U03; M_N_D1.U05)

Kryteria oceniania
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes
1. Active participation in classes - 30% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,6,7,8,9)
3. Preparation of lesson plans or short tests - 30% of the final grade (outcome 4,5,8)
4. End of term test of key conceptes and techniques - 40% of the final grade (outcome 1,2)
pass at 60% of the final grade
