Course objectives:
The main aim of the course is to develop writing skills through doing individual and group exercises, analyzing English texts and sample essays, as well as producing well-organized, stylistically and grammatically correct texts.

Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes
1. Multiple-draft essay assignment - 40% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4)
2. Take-home assignments - 40% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
3. Active participation in-class - 20% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
Pass at 60% of the final grade
