2. Human resource planning, recruitment and selection (how can we hire a new employee to work? choosing the right employee for the right job). Adaptation in new environment.
3. Motivation - types and ways to develop employee appropriate attitudes.
4. Assessment – evaluation of the employee.
5. Employee training and development, talent management.
6. What is working in international/multiculture team like? Communication in HRM.

Knowledge:
1. Students will have a basic knowledge of human resource management in organizations.
2. Students will know the methods used in the implementation of specific functional areas of human resources management.
Skills:
1. Students will be able to solve problems related to human resources management.
2. Students will be able to discuss problems related to human resources management.
Social competences:
1. Students will be able to work in a group and take different roles from employee to manager.
Kryteria oceniania
Attendance and active participation are critical to success. Course grade is based on the following components:
1. Preparation for classes, activity and involvement during the course (20%)
2. Project (40%)
3. Exam (40%)
