Prerequisites

1. presentation of basic concepts and terminology relevant to contemporary concepts and trends in applied linguistics, with particular emphasis on translation studies. 2. familiarization with the principles of designing and conducting research in relation to contemporary research concepts in the field of translation studies. 3. synthesis of the discussed issues in the field of contemporary scientific research in the field of translation studies.
