Logistics and Supply Chain 1.2.5-EC-LSC
Course objectives
The main aim of the course is teach students logistic and supply chain processes basing on a production factory. The students will aquire basic knowledge of these processes as well as develop effective communication skills, active listening skills and will learn to manage relationships in work context.

The Hague-Visby rules and CMR rules
Distribution process
Logistic processes in production and deliveries
Common logistic issues and solutions – Problem Solving Groups with CODE

Lecture with a multimedia presentation. Commentary to lectures.
Analysis and discussion of representative examples.
Critique (oral, written) of implications and uses of various theories and approaches (pair-work, group-work)

Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
1. Active participation in class discussions - 30% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
2. Practical exercises – 40% -of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5)
3. Test 30% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,4)
Pass at 60% of the final grade
