Course objectives:
- developing students' command of vocabulary with special reference to the academic discourse,
- understanding authentic texts while reading and paraphrasing,
- improving students' knowledge of English grammar and structures used on the C1 level,
- developing exam task-solving techniques.

Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
1. Active participation - 20% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6)
2. Two tests in advanced grammar and vocabulary of English - 80% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4)
