Course objectives
presentation of the basic principles of business activity, main actors in the business sector and contracts in order to provide course participants with the most common contract provisions.

Main definitions of legal entity, legal personality, legal person, physical person and the terms links to commerce and commercial activity
Meaning of business, company, entrepreneur, consumer as actors in the market and how they are positioned
Forms of conducting business activity
Contracts and the elements of the contract - ananlysis of contracts provisions and clauses
IP law and publishing contracts , analysis of the parties legal standing

1. Active participation in classes - 40% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
2. Presentation prepared in teams - 30% of the final grade (outcome 2,3,4,5,6,7)
3. End of semester written test - 30% of the final grade (outcome 2,3,4,5,6)
pass at 60% of the final grade
