Course objectives:
- familiarising with the basic knowledge on project management obligatory to be a project member or leader.
- understanding project management's role in across variety of industries
- developing skills of planning and leading projects with limited complexity
- developing preliminary skills to participate in larger projects,
- developing skills of choosing and appling suitable tools of project management e.g. creating a time plan, budget, defining project scope, evaluating project health.

Assessment criteria
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
1. A case study to solve - 50% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6)
2. Active participation in classes (commentary, discussion, analysis of examples in pairs, critiques in small groups) - 50% of the final grade (outcome 1,2,3,4,5,6)
pass at 60% of the final grade
