Basic electronics, electrical engineering and measurements 3.4.KRK.12SX.PEEiM
Lecture:
Basics of electric circuits. The Ohm and Kirchhoff's law. Measurements of the electric parameters of DC as well as AC circuits. Inductance and capacitance in AC circuits. Frequency and phase characteristics of the passive two-port networks. Semiconductor diodes - their properties and applications. Bipolar and field transistors their parameters and characteristics. Amplifiers and their characteristics. Operational amplifiers. Microcontrollers and digital technology. Basics of Arduino board. Electric drives. Measurements of electric quantities. Sensors - measurements of non-elelctric quantities.
Laboratory:
Building and determining of the characteristics of the RC an RLC circuits. Determining of the I-V characteristics of the diode based on the digital oscilloscope measurements. Constructing and measurements of amplifiers. NE555 timer/generator and its application. Testing the electrical parameters of arduino uno. Constructing of measurement systems with use of analog as well as digital sensors.

Measurements wit use of the digital multimeter.
Measurements with use of the digital oscilloscope.

Cooperation with others during construction of the circuit and doing the measurements.
Searching for the information necessary to design the measurement system.
Assessment criteria
Lecture - know of the material of the lecture (at least 50%)
Laboratory - mean value of the partial grades; all reports with at least 50% grade.
