Physical education - Volleyball coeducational 8-WF-PSKOE
Volleyball is one of the most popular sports.
A positive effect on the comprehensive development of the physical, is of great educational value, triggers individual initiative and educates habits in common, collective action.
The main objective of physical education should be considered to improve both the body and ward psychomotor functions, as well as in the formation of such a system of knowledge, skills and habits, and attitudes toward physical education, which in practice will manifest itself in the pursuit and action to maintain lifelong high physical fitness and health.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student:
- Demonstrates basic individual and team technical and tactical skills in the field of volleyball.
- He knows the rules of the game and the rules of behavior during sports competitions.
- Knows the principles of a healthy competitive sports
- Be able to ensure the safety of themselves and other participants in sports
- Be able to comply with the established rules of the game
- Be able to interact and cooperate in a group
- Be able to take advantage of the natural terrain to organize a simplified game of volleyball
- Manifested concern for a healthy and active lifestyle
