Physical education - General Training 8-WF-TO
During terning - we distinguish priority muscle groups by exercising them at the beginning of training:
- we diversify training thanks to dynamic changes of exercises and devices
- we maintain constant muscle tone
Number of series: - Up to 9 series for large muscle groups during the week
- Up to 6 series on small muscle groups during the week
Number of repetitions: 6 to 12 when the objective is to mass, 12 to 15, when the purpose is the strength
Breaks between sets: - weight 120-150 sec.
- Strength of 180-240 sec.
- Strength of 60-90 sec.
We start training the largest muscle groups, arrange parties on the train together.
In class we learn to prepare a training microcycle and training unit. We learn to choose the appropriate load and restitution periods depending on what you want to achieve.
Teaching methods: Peripherally-Time Station, Task Force, work in groups, work with literature.
Objectives of the subject
C1 - Shaping awareness about the impact of physical activity on the harmonious development of the human body
C2 - Shaping healthy attitudes in the social aspect
C3 - Increasing the level of physical fitness and shaping the right figure.

• Organizational classes, familiarizing yourself with the principles of safety and hygiene during gym classes.

• Impact of bodybuilding training on general human fitness
• Types of bodybuilding training
• Methods for shaping muscle mass, strength and muscle mass
• Impact of a proper diet and wellness on the effects of bodybuilding training
• Training unit structure
• Advantages of the "Full Body Workout" method in general and beginner to intermediate training
• Technique for performing exercises shaping individual muscle parts:
chest shaping exercises
exercises to shape the back muscles
exercises shaping the muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle
leg shaping exercises
exercises shaping abdominal muscles
• Preparation and presentation of the training unit in perimeter-station form

Learning outcomes
Knowledge: The student identifies the muscle groups and knows the range of motion performed by them, have knowledge of the forms and methods used in bodybuilding training, is able to prepare a training unit for beginners and intermediate.
Skills: The student is able to properly perform exercises for different muscle groups on different instruments, can protect współćwiczących, can accomplish alone training unit.
Social competence: The student is able to work in a team, has a responsibility for współćwiczących performing tasks in accordance with the principles of safety, communicate to other values resulting from practicing bodybuilding as a form of physical activity.
Assessment criteria
Assessment: completion of the evaluation.
Methods of Examination: knowledge of various strengthening exercises for specific muscle groups and their ability to present, preparation and conduct of the group Learner overall physical training in the form of a circuit of the station.
