Program content
- Morality and ethics general - description of issues of terminology, division, relationships of meaning;
- The general ethics and professional ethics - definitions of the status of professional ethics, professional ethics in the culture of continental and Anglo-Saxon;
- The issue of the importance of local government professional associations;
- The issue of "Codes" of professional ethics on the background of the concept of sources of law,
- Features of professional codes as a set of rules aimed at regulating behavior of the members of the corporation; needs the correct code of ethics;
- Various standards of ethics of the legal profession: a judge, prosecutor, lawyer, notary, bailiff, corporate regulations and normative regulations (normative analysis of the material), the creation of "pyramid" on the principles of individual legal professions; moral dilemmas lawyer.

Knowledge
Student knows the ethics of the legal profession with particular emphasis on the obligation to respect the rules of professional secrecy, loyalty, professional, financial settlements with customers, advertising professional. He or she knows the rules and corporate derived from the legislature.

Student solves problems (case studies) requiring interdisciplinary knowledge. He or she makes decisions and justify their positions using m. In. rules of legal argumentation. He or she sees the relationship between phenomena, legal and other cultural and social phenomena

Student is aware of his or her knowledge and skills, he or she understands the need for continuous training and professional development. he or she has the capacity to perform legal profession with regard to the principles of professional ethics and general ethics. He or she has the ability to discuss, formulate their own opinions and defend them in the discussion.
