Course objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Observe their habitual thought processes
- Observe their emotional reactions
- Scan their body mindfully
- Meditate
- Practice mindfulness daily

Assessment criteria
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
• Active participation in classes (40% of the final grade) (outcomes 1,2,4,5)
• Mindfulness diary (20% of the final grade) (outcomes 1,2,3)
• A reflective essay (20% of the final grade) (outcomes 1,2,3)
Grading system:
60% - grade 3
80% - grade 4
100% - grade 5
