Graduates can apply for admission to doctoral studies and other postgraduate courses.

Professional status:

1. A graduate has qualifications (completed pedagogical training) to work with children, young people and adults, 2. A graduate is licensed to work in cultural, educational and leisure - entertainment institutions operating in private and public sectors (cultural centres, community centres, galleries, clubs, culture and entertainment institutions, museums, cinemas, theatres, philharmonics, entertainment companies, associations, foundations, non-governmental organisations, media and advertising agencies). They have competence in terms of social diagnosing as well as creating and executing cultural and educational projects in a community. Obtained skills allow them to manage cultural and educational institutions. They are able to bring issues associated with art closer, popularize cultural activities in various social groups. A graduate can organise leisure time for children, young people and adults - including the third age generation. 3. A graduate has specialization competences in the following range: • organisation of local social - educational and cultural life, • assessing and diagnosing cultural needs and institutions, • organising cultural and educational activities at the local government and state level • managing social - cultural changes in a local community, • managing cultural institutions and third sector organisations, • creating and executing educational and cultural projects, • preparing children, young people and adults for participation in culture, • conducting art classes in extracurricular institutions, • organising and stimulating local social forces, • creating alternative artistic groups in a selected areas of art, • offering quality leisure time for children, young people and adults, • acquire financing for cultural and educational activities
