PhD programme in English language and literature (1-PRK-PHD-J-D4)

Admission Procedures and Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following documents:

a)Application form (downloaded from IRK) signed by the candidate

b)A valid copy of an MA diploma.

c)A Xerox copy of an ID card/passport to be validated by the admission staffat the University of Opole

d)Grade Point Average (certificate from the university or supplement)

e)Information concerning foreign language proficiency

f)Information concerning academic achievements (membership in scholarly associations; participation in academic conferences, copies of academic publications)

g)Current curriculum vitae

h)Research project (1000 words)

i)One photograph 35x45 mm (electronic version should be uploaded to IRK during the registration process)

j)Letters of recommendation from their academic advisors

k)Copy of their MA thesis

l)Statement of purpose that discusses the reasons why they want to undertake postgraduate studies, and their academic interests

Admission Deadlines

The documents should be delivered in person or by mail from September 3 to September 14, 2018 to:

Admission Dates and Deadlines:

Interviews with candidates will take place on September 20, 2018

Admission decisions will be announced by September 30, 2018 at
