Course objecties:
A general goal of the course is to raise students' awareness of their career plans after they complete their university studies. The students will have a chance to work with professional coaching techniques and tools for personal and career development via a coaching process.

Course content includes:
Defining what is coaching, what coaching is not.
Setting a career goal.
Establishing a vision of fulfilled goal.
Analysing own values, beliefs, identity, strengths, emotions.
Recognising limiting beliefs.
Overcoming barriers.
Learning to make responsible decisions.

Forms of instruction: multimedia presentation, , pair-work, group-work, coaching tasks, reflective tasks, CV writing, report writing, ICT tools - MS Teams

Knowledge
1. Student knows coaching terminology (P6S_WG /P7S_WG)
Skills:
2. Student can formulate and solve complex and unusual problems concerning their career choices and perform tasks thanks to a proper selection of sources and information drawn from them, evaluation, critical analysis, synthesis, creative interpretation of that information, supported by personal reflection (P6S_UW /P7S_UW)
3. Student can individually plan and carry out their own goals related to their career, using tools for reflection and self-awareness (P6S_UU /P7S_UU)
4. Student can communicate with the use of specialized terminology in English (P6S_UK/ P7S_UK)
Social competences
5. Student is ready to responsibly exercise professional roles, taking into account the changing needs of society (P6S_KR /P7S_KR)
Kryteria oceniania
Forms of evaluation of learning outcomes:
Final grade is given based on fulfillment of the following:
1. active participation in classes & performing coaching tasks (60%) – 1,2,3,4,5
2. CV and motivational letter (40%) – 1,2,3,4,5
